Prohibited Exploits
Decompiling, scraping, or attempting to reverse-engineer our strategic algorithms is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized system stress testing will result in immediate protocol termination.
Limitation of Responsibility.
Sultan Strategic Metrics provides a window into complex data patterns. However, the world of strategic intelligence is inherently fluid. We cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital assets.
We maintain the Istanbul 88 facility (Istanbul) as our technical hub, but our digital reach is global. You agree that any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

User Obligations & Credentials
Every account issued on our platform is a unique identifier tied to a specific strategic node. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access keys. Sharing credentials or using automated "bots" to access the Sultan Strategic Metrics interface is a violation of our core security policy and will trigger an automatic security lock.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the onboarding process. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your access to our analytics dashboard.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Sultan Strategic Metrics, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

- System-generated reports may be used internally within the user's organization only.
Emergency Termination
We reserve the right to suspend any strategic session without notice if we detect patterns consistent with data extraction or algorithmic manipulation.

Service Availability
While we aim for 99.9% uptime, "Force Majeure" events including infrastructure failure or cyber-attacks are outside our liability. Our redundancy systems are designed to minimize metrics disruption.
